PinFreshly is a web-based service operated by Squareshine Pty Ltd (ABN 19 165 909 375), an Australian company. PinFreshly reads your blog's RSS feed and automatically generates Pinterest pin images using AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PinFreshly at pinfreshly.com.
By creating an account or using PinFreshly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PinFreshly. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
PinFreshly offers a free tier and a Pro paid subscription plan. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused pin quota. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or provide a credit at our discretion.
You retain ownership of your blog content. By providing your RSS feed URL, you grant PinFreshly a limited licence to read your feed and generate Pinterest pin images from it on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
PinFreshly uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, FAL.ai) to generate pin copy and images. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated pins before publishing them to Pinterest.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
The PinFreshly name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by Squareshine Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Pin images generated from your own content are yours to use. We claim no ownership over pins generated from your blog content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squareshine Pty Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PinFreshly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of PinFreshly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
