The Pinterest auto scheduler that creates the pins too
Pick your dates, boards and pins per day. PinFreshly turns your blog posts into pins and schedules a whole month of them in one click, then can repeat it every few weeks — no designing, no daily posting.

How to schedule a month of Pinterest pins in minutes
Four steps, then PinFreshly does the work.
- 1
Connect your blog and Pinterest
Paste your blog URL (any site with an RSS feed works) and connect your Pinterest account.
- 2
Pick your dates
Click a start and end day on the calendar. Days are colour-coded by how many pins they already have, so you can see the gaps.
- 3
Set pins per day, layouts and boards
Choose your minimum and maximum pins per day, which pin layouts to use, and which boards to publish to.
- 4
Confirm and let it run
PinFreshly shows how many pins the run will use, then generates them and schedules them to your boards. They appear on your calendar as they finish.
- 5
Optional: repeat it
Turn on Repeat this schedule to run it again every few weeks automatically, ending after a number of runs or on a date of your choice.
Repeat schedule
Set it once and keep your Pinterest boards fed
Turn on Repeat this schedule and PinFreshly shifts your date range forward and schedules the next batch for you, every couple of weeks, with no need to come back and press the button.
Matches your date range
Schedule two weeks and it repeats every two weeks, so each run picks up where the last one ended. A four-week range can't repeat every two weeks, because the batches would overlap.
Ends when you choose
Stop after a number of runs, or on a date, like a recurring calendar event. You can also stop it at any time, and pins already scheduled stay on your calendar.
Stays within your plan
Each repeat is generated the day before it starts and checks your monthly pin allowance first, so you never use more than you have.
Example: a two-week range, repeating every two weeks for six runs, schedules twelve weeks of pins from one setup.
Built to keep your boards fresh without spamming them
Fills only the gaps
Counts pins you already have, tops each day up to your minimum and never goes over your maximum. Run it again any time and it only fills what is still short.
Rotates your posts
The post that has gone longest without a pin goes first, never-pinned posts lead, and a monthly cap per post stops any one article being over-pinned.
Rotates boards and layouts
Pins take turns across the boards and pin layouts you select, so your boards stay varied instead of repeating one look.
Fresh copy for every pin
Each pin gets its own title, description and angle written from the blog post, rather than the same text reused.
Edit before it publishes
Open any scheduled pin from your calendar to change the headline, call to action, colours or layout, or move its date.
You see the cost first
Before it runs you see how many pins it will use from your monthly allowance and how many you will have left.
Most Pinterest schedulers only post what you have already made
Classic scheduling tools queue pins you have designed and written yourself. That still leaves you hours of work every month before you can schedule anything.
PinFreshly removes that step. It reads your blog's RSS feed, designs the pin images, writes the copy, and schedules everything to your boards, so a month of consistent pinning takes a few minutes instead of a weekend, and with repeat switched on you only set it up once. Steady, consistent pinning tends to beat occasional bursts, and this is how you keep it up.
Pinterest auto scheduling: common questions
What is a Pinterest auto scheduler?
A Pinterest auto scheduler queues pins to publish on future dates so you do not have to post by hand every day. PinFreshly goes a step further: it also creates the pins. It reads your blog, designs the pin images, writes the titles and descriptions, then schedules them to your Pinterest boards across the dates you choose.
How does PinFreshly choose which blog posts to pin?
It starts with the post that has gone longest without a pin, and posts that have never been pinned come first. After each pick that post moves to the back of the line, so the same post is not used on back-to-back days. A per-post monthly cap (you set it) stops any single post being over-pinned.
How many pins can I schedule at once?
You choose a date range and the minimum and maximum pins per day. For example, 2 pins a day for 30 days is 60 pins. Pro includes 200 pins a month, and before anything runs PinFreshly shows exactly how many pins the run will use and how many you will have left for the month.
Can I make auto-scheduling repeat every few weeks?
Yes. Turn on Repeat this schedule and choose how it ends: after a number of runs (the first run counts) or on a date. PinFreshly shifts your date range forward each time and schedules the next batch automatically. The repeat interval matches your date range by default, for example a two-week range repeats every two weeks, and it can never be shorter than the range because the batches would overlap. Each repeat is generated the day before it starts and checks your monthly pin allowance first. You can stop repeating at any time.
Can I edit a pin after it is scheduled?
Yes. Scheduled pins appear on your dashboard calendar. Hover a pin and press Edit to change the headline, call to action, layout, colours or fonts, and the pin is re-rendered in place. You can also change its scheduled date and time.
Do I need to connect Pinterest?
Yes. Connect your Pinterest account and choose at least one board. Pins take turns across the boards you pick, one board per pin, and publish automatically on their scheduled day.
Will it fill days that already have pins?
No. Auto-scheduling counts pins you have already scheduled or posted, tops each day up to your minimum, and never goes over your maximum. Running it again only fills the days that are still short.
Is auto-scheduling free?
Auto-scheduling is part of the Pro plan ($6.99/month). Pro starts with a 7-day free trial; a credit card is needed to start and you are not charged until the trial ends. The Free plan needs no card and gives you 50 pins a month to generate, download and post yourself.
