Connect your blog to PinFreshly

PinFreshly reads your blog's RSS feed to turn each post into Pinterest-ready pins automatically. It works with every major blogging platform — and for the ones that need a quick setup, we've got step-by-step guides below.

How the connection works

1

Enter your blog URL

Paste your blog's home page URL or blog section URL into PinFreshly.

2

PinFreshly finds your RSS feed

We automatically detect your RSS or Atom feed — no manual URL needed for most platforms.

3

Pins generate automatically

Every new post becomes a set of Pinterest pins with AI-written copy and multiple design layouts.

Setup guides

Step-by-step instructions for platforms that need a quick configuration.

Wix

Enabling RSS on Wix

  1. 1Log in to your Wix account and open your site in the Wix Editor.
  2. 2In the left sidebar, click BlogBlog Settings.
  3. 3Scroll to the RSS Feed section and toggle it On.
  4. 4Your RSS feed URL will be https://yourdomain.com/blog-feed.xml — paste this into PinFreshly.

Adding a blog to a Lovable site

Lovable apps don't include a built-in blog. You need to connect an external blogging platform with an RSS feed, then give PinFreshly that feed URL — not your Lovable app URL.

  1. 1Choose a blog platform with RSS support — we recommend Ghost (ghost.org), Hashnode (hashnode.com), or Beehiiv (beehiiv.com). All are free to start.
  2. 2Set up your blog on your chosen platform and publish at least one post.
  3. 3Copy your RSS feed URL from that platform (e.g. yourblog.ghost.io/rss or yourusername.hashnode.dev/rss.xml).
  4. 4Paste that RSS feed URL into PinFreshly — not your Lovable app URL.
  5. 5Optionally, add a blog link to your Lovable app's navigation pointing to your external blog.

Enabling RSS on Webflow

  1. 1Open your Webflow project and go to the CMS tab.
  2. 2Click on your Blog Posts collection (or equivalent).
  3. 3Click Collection Settings → scroll to RSS Feed.
  4. 4Enable Publish RSS Feed and copy the generated feed URL.
  5. 5Paste that URL into PinFreshly.

Adding a blog to a Framer site

Framer has no native blog or RSS system. You'll need a headless CMS — the same RSS feed URL goes into PinFreshly.

  1. 1Set up a headless CMS blog — Ghost or Hashnode work well and are free.
  2. 2Publish content on that platform; your RSS feed will be at e.g. yourblog.ghost.io/rss.
  3. 3You can embed your blog posts in your Framer site using Framer's embed component if desired.
  4. 4Paste your CMS RSS feed URL — not your Framer site URL — into PinFreshly.

Using PinFreshly alongside Etsy

No direct RSS — workaround below

Etsy shops don't have a blog or RSS feed, so PinFreshly can't connect directly. The workaround is to create a separate blog, write content about your products and niche, and connect that blog to PinFreshly. This also drives SEO traffic back to your Etsy shop.

  1. 1Create a free blog on WordPress.com, Substack, or Ghost.
  2. 2Write blog posts about your products, creative process, or niche (e.g. gift ideas, how-tos, behind-the-scenes).
  3. 3Add your blog link to your Etsy shop bio and "About" section.
  4. 4Connect that blog's RSS feed to PinFreshly to automatically generate pins from your posts.

Can't find my feed

If PinFreshly can't automatically detect your RSS feed, try these steps in order:

1

Check whether your feed URL exists

Try opening yourdomain.com/feed or yourdomain.com/rss.xml directly in your browser. If you see XML text, that's your feed URL.

2

Paste the feed URL directly

In PinFreshly's settings, use the Feed URL field (not the Blog URL field) and paste the full feed URL you found above.

3

Check your platform's RSS settings

Some platforms (Wix, Webflow) have RSS disabled by default. See the setup guides above to enable it.
